Chia Seeds

There is no formal definition of this superfood, containing higher amounts of nutrients than other common foods, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients.

Based on this definition, chia seeds  is call a Superfood because they are an excellent source of fiber, antioxidants , calcium, protein and omega 3 fatty acids (alpha – linolenic acid) from vegetable sources. Among its varieties we can find
